Hi Nadege, I can tell you that it's about 1.5 hours from Muscat to the turning into Wadi Bani Awf and around 40 minutes from the end of my route in Al Hamra to Nizwa. A lot depends on how slowly you drive through the mountains and how often you stop, but I would say you.
